“Great place for your plants/flowers/anything for your home, inside and outside! All employees are very knowledgeable about anything for your landscaping design! They have large selection of annuals and always great choices of perennials, too. The Greenery has grown and expanded several times in the 24 years we've lived in the area, which speaks volumes for their knowledgeable, friendly staff. I always enjoy my visits; they always have the best plants, trees, mulch, ornamental garden items, gazebos, etc. If you haven't been to The Greenery, located on Hwy. 431 South in Big Cove area, I highly recommend a visit!”

“I like Earth Touch a lot. I've gotten plants here a couple times over the past four years. The plants have done well, when I didn't accidentally let the groundhogs eat them.”

“Fantastic helpful staff and owners. I went in today to get cactus soil and to look for a specific purple cactus I had seen online. They took time to call the distributor to see if it could be ordered. Will definitely be back-my new favorite local nursery.”

“The gentleman who helped us was not very personable. And although they DID have veggies, they basically only had tomato and offered no advice or suggestions on where to get any or how to grow some from seed. But the azaleas I got were great”

“Have shopped Tractor Supply stores in other areas and have found TS stores to be consistent in their very good customer service. Shopped at this TS the other day in Huntsville on N. Memorial Parkway, and found them to be very helpful. The mgr even gave me the sale price on an item that had recently gone off sale. Very cool.”

“I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.”

“We stopped by Home Depot to look at storm doors. They have a larger selection compared to Lowe's. While we were browsing, hubs had a few questions to ask about delivery fees, measuring, whether they haul the old storm door away and more. We couldn't find anyone near the storm doors so we started walking towards the shower doors to see if we could find help there. Two HD employees were down the aisle and I asked them if they could help us. Both eagerly followed back to the storm doors. These two HD employees worked in Appliances. One of them, Ron Wood, went to look for the HD employee that worked in the storm doors area to help with questions. Once the storm door employee was found, he didn't have a tape measure so Ron Wood went to get my husband one. Ron helped him measure the distance from the base to the door handles and the base to the deadbolt. After looking at several doors, we picked a replacement storm door, purchased it and set up delivery. Ron Wood was of great help. If you are interested in appliances, please stop by and let Ron Wood help you find what you need. He provides excellent customer service.”

“The Home Depot located on South Parkway is my go to hardware store because there are no locally owned hardware stores in South Huntsville. Of course, when I say South Huntsville, having grown up within a couple of miles of the Tennessee River, anything above Haysland Hamilton Square, or whatever they’re calling it now, is North Huntsville to me.The store is always neat, stays well organized, and they carry just about everything I’ve ever needed hardware wise Plus they carry the appliance and power tool brands that I prefer. I have never had a significant issue while getting help from any of the employees. When I have ordered things like custom blinds or appliances, there have been no issues with delivery, or installation when I got lazy and opted for that.I recommend the South Huntsville Home Depot.”

“I've visited the north Parkway HD many, many times, but this was my first time to the South Parkway location. I was looking for an obscure, seasonal item, a clerk whose name I didn't catch helped me figure out it was at the opposite end of the store, and I thanked her and said I'd go find it on my way out - still needed something else on this end of the store. So I'm off shopping for what I needed in building supplies and here comes that clerk - who walked all the way to the other end of the store, found the item I'd originally asked her for, and walked all the way back to bring it to me!! WOWSA! That is going above and beyond - I was terribly impressed! I guess the South Parkway location is my new go-to store!”
