Can’t say enough about the awesome experience I had with Diamond Golf Cars. Alex was great to work with and kept us informed from the very beginning of the build. He capped it off with a courtesy call after we picked up our cart to be sure we were 100% satisfied. He even overnighted a new windshield after we noticed a few scratches on the original. Customer service was top notch and we couldn’t be happier with our Club Car Onward. Highly recommend Diamond Golf Cars!

We bought our golf cart there in 2019 and had a great experience until last year. Starting last year, it’s been excuse after excuse, delay after delay, even for the most mundane of maintenance. We will buy and have cart serviced elsewhere next time

EXCELLENT SERVICE: Bought a 2005 electric DS Club Car from another source. It quit on me almost immediately. Messed around 3 weeks with other repair services that could not fix the cart. In fact, they could not even tell me what was wrong with it. Diamond told me the next day what was wrong. The only delay was getting the new motor and controller but I still had it back and fixed within a week and a half. Diamond called and updated me as promised; whereas, the other repair service did not. I HIGLY RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE ! At some point, I may buy a new cart and if I do it will most certainly be at this dealer.

Our golf carts sat with them for over 2 months. We had to contact the Birmingham office to even get them looked at, then they basically told us they didn’t know what they were doing and that’s why it’s taking them so long. One person said You’re carts have been here longer than us.... well that makes you feel great as a customer. We will never use the Huntsville location again.
