The first one I got I couldn't spin it completely over to install torque converter bolts, yes I was aggravated having driven 5 hours. But without hesitation they offered a replacement it took about a week but the replacement was tested out of a much newer model and there prices can't be beat. I can honestly tell you I'll be back repeatedly.”
