Hours are awful. When you call and need to speak with someone the phone just rings and rings. I have called for 2 days straight between the hours of 8am and 12pm and nothing.

The management of this facility should be terminated. They mark packages available for pickup then not be open for no reason. Just because we live in a rural area doesn't justify cutting us off and making wait extra days to get our packages after we pay full price for box rentals

Very poor service. Always gets my mail confused with neighbors, lost my package and will not even try to find out where it was delivered, was supposed to have someone call me to sort out the issue and have yet to hear from anyone
