About Bridgeport Depot Museum
Bridgeport Depot Museum is a great railroad and local history center. The people are friendly, helpful, sweet, and very nice. The museum has a wealth of information with a nice presentation, featuring an Alco locomotive, caboose, and a Fairmount service car. There is also a train viewing platform and a beautiful trail walk. It is a lovely and informative way to spend an afternoon. Current hours are Thursday and Friday 9-3, Saturday 10-3, and Sunday 1-4.

I was here with my day program group and I had a lot of fun. They have some souvenirs for sale but they are cash or check only. The elevator going upstairs was fast and the restrooms were clean. Friendly staff.

We swung by after a trip to the Lodge store and it was a nice place. Small, but there's alot of history in there! The people working there were very friendly and let us take our time looking. I have 3 children and they found the history interesting as well.
