Employees here are always polite. Sometimes takes a while for them to handle deposits from out of state. Every time I have been there, they have someone in training.

By far this is one of the best banks to have an account with! The tellers and all of the staff have always gone out of their way to help with my banking needs, they are on top of the customer service list! The only complaint I have is that they do not open until 10:00 am, other than that first rate all around

Why doesn't this bank answer the phone? I've tried on three separate occasions (during office hours) to call and no one answered the phone yesterday. I rushed from my job to get to the bank. All I needed was a new debit card but was told no because the "card machine was already turned off." So what??? Turn it back on...customer service? If they had answered the phone when I called those three times, this probably could have been avoided. Not to mention when I arrived, 10 minutes before closing, another customer had to go behind the desk and knock on the door to get both associates to come out and do their job. Unacceptable! I understand it was near the time to close, but it wasn't time to close yet. The associates at this branch should take better care of their customers and stop taking their jobs for granted.
