Would not stand behind a pump that we bought 7 months ago & it had a 3 year warranty because we did not buy their store warranty why would you buy a extra warranty, very poor business practice if you don't buy their warranty you have to contact company that made it & send it back no telling where, would not have gave any star if didn't have to!!

One employee just pointed us in the right direction.. I was getting frustrated when Tracie approached me and went out of her way to find the exact outdoor screws we needed for my grandbabies swingset. She is an awesome employee.
