Regina Marie i am truely sorry that you were mistreated but this was not at my shop at Express One, inc on Foshee Road. We do not do diagnostic measures on vehicles at my shop. That was another shop on asphalt road off highway 31

My trailer was rejected at Georgia Pacific for not enough chain links to hold the door open. Express one fixed me up in less than 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!!!
