“I was in a car accident and I have State Farm as my insurance provider. I was given a list of places I could choose from. I took it to Classic Collison in Pensacola. They had my car for a month waiting on parts and said, "Your struts show some damage but State Farm wouldnt let us take it apart. We told them it's possible it's wear and tear or it could be from the collision. They told me to take it to another mechanic to have them look at it and when they take it apart they will be able to prove it was from impact". Basically, Classic Collison didn't want to get their hands dirty. They had my car in their possession for a month and were more concerned about the cosmetics than my safety. Chad at Greg's Tires, heard me out. I told them there was popping and more vibration. Sure enough, he took it apart and couldn't believe Classic Collison put me in a car like that. He showed me the parts and said, "I can't believe you're alive after driving it for nearly a year".
I am so thankful for his hard work and honesty. He showed me the parts which is what alot of us want to SEE; since we don't speak "car".
He said he didn't typically take insurance cases cause they can be a pain- but the evidence was clear.”
