Went to upgrade my phone, felt like I left with a friend!! Sunshine was amazing during our visit which went well past her getting off time b/c of technical issues with their system.
She helped me match my needs to decide what to get, got me all the discounts she could, was very kind through the whole process, is a fascinating human and an asset to this Verizon location in Boaz, AL!!!!

Rick was great! he never tried to sell more products than what we were interested in. He did a great job with our paperwork setting up our phones. I would highly recommend Rick at the Boaz Verizon office.

While the people at the store are nice do not expect anyone from customer service to take 5 seconds to hear what your saying is the problem. After 2 hours of trying to get anyone to hear what was the issue we were told to call back Sept 9th. We've tried to call the store with it only going back to the unhelpful people. So if you need help only deal with the store NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Jeremy was awesome! Very knowledgeable and respectful to my age and understanding. He explained everything to me in detail and did not try to rush me. He helped me every way he could! Great overall experience with this young man!

One person working, and took almost three hours to make a purchase. Salesman spends most of the time calling the manager. The Eargo hearing aids were purchased and had to be returned, as they would not fit ear canals of my mother. (The Eargo co. even said that in some cases they do not fit small ear canals.) Verizon wants to charge me a fee to return. They said my debit card would not go through for the refund, and would not give me cash. I hope that this is made right.
