Well staffed and equipped. Clean, friendly and flexible. Indoor pool, whirlpool and sauna. Strength training, cardio, trainers and classes. All adult ages. Lockers and showers.

Been going here for years. Now that I’m older they need rails on the walls by the pool. I heard they don’t want to do it because of the pretty design. That won’t hold up in court if someone falls.

They have the best PT people. Everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend this place. There is only a short waiting period. You are taken back at your appointment time. I highly recommend Nikki Lewis and Colin Collins.

Great all around gym for any fitness level. Friendly and helpful staff. They offer a wide range of group classes, a pool and and a well maintained outdoor running track. Facilities are always clean the free weights are always kept organized. Easily the best deal in town for the services available to members.

I have loved coming here and getting in the tub and exercise my seeing as how I have both kneecaps cracked...and I'm Dr ordered but when my knees get better I will be swimming laps and doing physical therapy and later.on I will pay $30 for a personal trainer. Great place to come...they have were and a sauna!!!
