The new owner has taken over, and when I spoke to her on the phone I explained I couldn't pay until the 3rd Friday of every month. That I had been renting here since 2014, she said that would be fine that she would put that in the contract, then sent over a contract that stated that it had to be paid on the first. I messaged and asked about it and she said that it had to be the first. That would not have been a problem if she had been honest and transparent from the very beginning. Instead of outright lying. Looking for a new storage building and will give my loyal business to someone else.
