Caine Rutledge and Mr. Holland went the extra mile to get the truck we needed. They took in our trade and gave us a great price on the truck. They even helped my paralyzed husband into the truck as we left! These guys are fair, honest and NICE!! Don’t hesitate to see if they have what you need. Customer service is STELLAR and the paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. We would buy from them again.

Got the best deal possible with low interest rate a shifter went out about a week after purchasing the truck and they fixed it the staff was awesome will definitely be coming back for future vehicles here

Couple of months ago drove 2hrs with full intentions of purchasing a used truck. First truck they gave me keys to had obvious front end damage. Then drove a second truck. Liked it was going to go forward with the deal. Told them I was going to trade in my current truck.
They came back with the most disrespectful offer on the truck. Offered me $2500 on a 2011 f150 limited. Ended up getting $10k somewhere else.

Absolutely horrendous. The sales MANAGER did everything possible to not work with me. Cash in hand, couldn't get return emails or calls and when I did get return emails, they were one word responses. Awful service, extremely unprofessional. Didn't realize the economy was so good that they didn't need to sell another vehicle. What a joke.

A family member purchased a Chevrolet Truck from this dealership. This was the 3rd time he purchased a vehicle here. So much for loyalty from the dealer. Around 1 1/2 months after the purchase of this vehicle - the paint started flaking off in one spot - then another. They called and was told they could do nothing about it. Now 5 months out the paint has peeled off in many places. The people there were very ugly - saying well you bought it. Yes this is true but they didn’t mind selling something that was not good!!! They were also told the tires were new- well 5 months later - all 4 tires need replaced. i would suggest DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! unless you like to gamble.

BEWARE. These people are crooks. They hide behind the mask of an honest, family-owned, trustworthy company, but they know what they are doing. They purposefully buy vehicles from auctions that have major damage unreported on the Carfax report. Then, they sell the vehicles at much higher prices after doing some patch work. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE WITHOUT AN AUTOCHECK REPORT AND HAVING A TRUSTED MECHANIC LOOK OVER THE VEHICLE FIRST. Ask around, or even look at all the reviews, and you will see that there are several instances of them doing this to people. Those with a decent experience are lucky.

Truck I bought didn't even last 6 whole months before the engine had to be completely replaced. I'd suggest not getting anything here
