I was very pleased with the courteous and professional manner that my purchase was handled. Danny Williams was amazing and made at ease during the whole process. Entire staff at Chevrolet of Boaz were very polite and friendly. This was the best experience I have had during a new car purchase, and that encompasses 40 years and 12 new car purchases.

The guys at Chevrolet of Boaz made purchasing our new vehicle a great experience! They stayed after hours for us because we couldn’t make it down there before closing time. Charles is a super nice guy as well as the rest of them. Adam had all the paperwork waiting for us when we got there. Smooth transaction! Great customer service! I highly recommend them! We shopped at every major dealership around but we're not treated as well nor presented with as good a deal as from Chevrolet of Boaz. We bought our last car there and will most likely buy our next from them.

Honestly a terrible experience. No communication from the service department who also charged almost double the original repair cost to “fix” something that wasn’t an issue when the vehicle was dropped off. Service dept never called me and also wouldn’t even call to inform that the vehicle was ready. I feel that this is an unprofessional and unacceptable way of treating customers and handling repairs. I will not be doing business here again and definitely will not recommend them.
