They could honor they warranty of their vehicle but they don’t. They could not lie to you about a vehicles car fax’s which is not worth the paper it’s written on and they should make it right when they sell you a lemon service department is awful not the mechanics but the management wouldn’t ever buy again from them or Chevy who does not back there warranty

Excellent customer service throughout our buying experience! And the price was so great, we waited three weeks for our new 2021 Tahoe to be delivered just so we could do business with Chevrolet of Boaz. We’ll definitely be back again to buy here. They are a family owned dealership, and everyone who helped us with our deal made us feel like part of that family. Every time we had a question or needed an update, our sales team was right there with an answer, and never made a promise they didn’t deliver on. Great people doing great business!!

Another sad dealership. My husband and I were looking to purchase a new truck. VERY EXPENSIVE truck might I say. It's been a while since we purchased a car so we thought we would splurge and buy a truck. We are greeted by multiple salesmen. One instantly approached us and we told him (Brian I think) we were interested in a specific truck. He walks us over across the lot, in the blazing hot sun and we talk outside where we were swarmed by mosquitos. I had a couple questions to ask as well. This is the first time we are purchasing a Chevy truck so I needed the details. I've purchased MANY cars before and typically you sit inside for questions and look at your options. Instead we talked outside. It's fine I'm from the west coast. I'm used to 120 degree weather, 80 degrees isn't anything to me. As I move forward with my questions, you can tell Brian was getting very irritated and annoyed. He was sweating and we both had a hard time communicating with the hot sun in our eyes. By the end of discussing financing, different cars, etc. He seemed very annoyed. I let him know I will look elsewhere and we parted ways. My husband didn't talk much but he knew that this dealership was terrible. We went to Huntsville instead where we found an amazing dealership and amazing sales representatives. Mind you the truck we were looking at was $5,000+ cheaper!!

I stopped by Friday to check out what they had in stock. I met a few staff members. Everyone was very helpful and really seemed to enjoy their job. Of course, I purchased an Equinox which I love. This is the only place I will EVER purchase a vehicle. A special thank you to Jeremy Vinyard salesman.

I purchased a used truck that came with a 3 month or 3000 mile warranty, I was close to having 2500 miles on it when I noticed the transmission shifting funny. I called and asked to have it checked out and they said no problem. I dropped it off and the next day they said nothing was wrong with it that they could find. When I arrived to pick up my truck I saw that the ground under my truck was wet with some fluid. I ask the service people did they do or add anything to my truck and they said NO we didn't touch nothing just test drove it! I checked under the truck and the transmission pan was covered in fluid and after opening the hood I found fluid was spilled on the air box and bumper. I asked them again and this time the service guy stumbled and said they didn't see anything that looked bad when it was in the shop. So I asked did you service the transmission? Was that the reason for the fluid to be everywhere? He said no WE DIDNT TOUCH ANYTHING. After checking my truck the pan bolts were loose and the fluid was leaking from it. The truck wasn't like that when it was dropped off, looks like they drained the fluid and put fresh fluid in it trying to avoid working on it. Because it worked, not three weeks later the transmission is slipping when it shifts. Now the truck is out of warranty and nothing I can do about it. This was the worse experience I have had with a car dealer and I have owned many vehicles.
