TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! In person &’ through the phone! Worst experience I’ve had. Left the car a whole day for them to fix. We called for an update since it was around 1 o’clock &’ we still had no phone call &’ it turns out they didn’t even know they had to fix the car until the end of the day. Because nobody was told anything? Buddy at the front says “Well I’ve had a bunch of cars today” The car was left THE DAY BEFORE So it can be fixed in the morning because as they state “first come, first serve” I just wanted the car fixed from the alignment that they didn’t do correctly on Saturday at this point. So we proceed to ask if the car is going to be fixed or not? He then says “Well I don’t know you’ll just have to come see how it’s driving.” In a very rude way TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. No friendly communication whatsoever.

Great place with the best customer service and prices you could ever ask for! Got a tire put on my truck and i was done right by the owner! Cheaper than anyone around I called!

They replaced the wrong tires on my vehicle and sent me on a road trip with two old worn down tires causing a blowout on the highway. When I let the owner know what happened he never asked if I was okay or anything and refused to cover the cost of the 2 tires and told me get a lawyer. I’m a kind and honest person and would have never expected this experience from this establishment. I’ve gotten my tires from them for the last 10 years. I’m shocked and beyond disappointed.

I've been there twice this week. The first time I went I was in a hurry. I was very impressed by Cody. He was fast & very good at his job. I've never seen anyone change out tires so fast. I own a transport business so I own several trucks, trailers & cars. I buy at least 6 tires a month. If you go ask for Cody. He's young but very talented at his job. A natural. I was so impressed that I went back again today.

Very friendly and helpful. We had to have our tire ordered but it came in today just like it was supposed to and bought and put on was cheaper than Economy Tire of Albertville has been selling us for new single tires. So thank u for y'alls quick service this afternoon. If we need tires again y'all have our business.
