My one star is for the Ladies that work in the office. First windshield the men in the back put in, they broke when they was putting on rearview.. replaced it... now everytime it rains my dash and seats get wet front and back seat because of holes in the back seal guess they don't like to do rework

My rear view mirror fell off my windshield. I took my car to Boaz Glass and they glue the metal bracket on my windshield and they told me to wait about 4 to 5 hours to put my rear view back on. Today my rear view mirror is still on. I will recommend anybody to go to Boaz Glass.

I can only rate the responsiveness/professionalism of this company. Called for a glass repair. Was told it would be 4-5 weeks, I gave my information and waited. 6 weeks later I called again, they took my information, said "he will call you Monday". Monday comes.... crickets. Called again, was told he would call, never did. I understand companies that are busy and waiting my turn but totally disrespectful to just blow you off. Fortunately I was able to find a responsive company that replaced my glass.

This is the place to go if you need glass work! Had a windshield put in and had a liile glitch, but they took care of it and all in a timely and professional manner. You guys rock!

I’ve been waiting for almost four months on them to replace some doors at my business. They promise to call back with answers and don’t. They’ve told me they were ordered so I‘ve been waiting and they have just left me hanging with a broken front door on my business. I would recommend you go elsewhere unless you want them to waste your time. Very disappointed in this experience.

We had them install a mirror at our home, and window at our business. They did good work. However, we also tried to order a door. They came out to measure and we never heard back from them. We called several times and can't get them to respond. We also had a REALLY hard time getting them to come out for the mirror and window. Took several months...now it's been a year for the door and he never even called to follow up or anything. Would definitely not recommend this company!!
