“Best place to buy tires and very honest people. Replying to Renee, as a single woman also. You have to rotate new tires and have car aligned every so often. If you had not done the maintenance, then that was your fault tires were no good, and it had been two years.”

“During a recent business trip from Huntsville to Gadsden, I experienced what appeared to be a serious mechanical issue with my old truck. Fortunately for me I managed to limp the old girl into Express Oil Change in Boaz. Probably even more importantly, Jacob was on duty in the service side of their operation. I told Jacob I couldn't afford a lot of money right now, passed along some info that my mechanic back home had shared and asked him to "treat me like he would treat his momma (if she'd broken down)". Well, Jacob and the crew at Express did exactly that. I was back on the road within about an hour and my total fee was just $19.99. Jacob's original assessment was going to cost me well over five hundred dollars! So, you can imagine my relief when he came up with a way for me to not only get back on the road - but to complete my mission for the day as well! I made it to my destination in Gadsden in time and returned to my headquarters in Harvest with no incident. I am very grateful to Jacob and Express Oil Change in Boaz for their honest and courteous treatment. I recommend them 100%”

“Discovered the problem with my car. Had it repaired, and i was on my way in about an hour. That included waiting for a part to be delivered. He also checked the fluids under the hood, checked the brakes, and indicated on the receipt part that was replaced and things that would be needed in the future. All which I feel was a fair price.”
