This is barely an excuse for a parts store. I bought a fuel pump here and was charged twice for it and they had lied to me and told me they didnt, even though they clearly did as shown on my bank statement. They almost always have to get parts from the wharehouse and never have what your looking for in stock, they are rude unhelpful and dont have any idea what they're doing. A mouse with amnesia could look up parts better than these blokes. I suggest going to Advance Autoparts before bothering with this joke of a parts store.

Tim needs to work on customer service and he should probably remember what he tells people we called and needed one part and the oil and filter for an oil change he said when you get here just come to the left and as for Tim ill have it ready for you ok great thanks, 5 min later i get there go to the left Tim sitting there i say Tim he say yep I said we just called about the part for and oil and If you could have seen the look on his face he had no clue what I was talking about then he argued with me saying no no one called then after I re tell him what I need he final remembered but said well you didn't say that like for real dude
