I would rate 0 if I could. I had waited on a package for a trip that was 3 days late because of DHL and tracking showed it would be delivered the day I was leaving. I’m a pregnant woman that was waiting on a maternity swimsuit. Since my package was clearly at the post office, I went to the post office on Saturday morning to try to catch my package before it got put on the truck. The women in the back sorting the mail refused to help me or even answer a question, instead yelling at me through a wooden door that they don’t open until 9. Literally I couldn’t wait until 9 because by then my package would be on a truck and I wouldn’t be home but these women were so rude and wouldn’t listen to a word I said. For public servants, y’all need to do better for the community you serve.

Whoever that is delivering mail on Friday the 29th or 2023 is not a truthful person. Mail is unpredictable, an investigation an a audit needs to be performed.

Let me start by saying there are some great employees at this post office. My main Mail Carrier is phenomenal and deserves every bit of 5 stars or more. Unfortunately, it’s the bad management and mail sub carriers that bring this rating down.If a sub is bringing your mail you can rest assured if it’s a package you will not get it. Instead it will be marked undeliverable and left at the post office without even attempting delivery. This has happened multiple times. When you go ask about it the postmaster makes up some lame excuse to cover and gives a different excuse each time. I miss the days when we had a postmaster who treated everyone with respect and followed the rules and made sure the other employees did so as well and would be truthful with you.

Hands down the most snide postal employee I have ever dealt with!Called because they left a package on my front porch after being repeatedly asked not to do so. Package was destroyed. Was basically told to "oh well"

Concerning to say the least. Might get my mail.....might get someone else's. This happens to often. Got the same letter 3 times in 2 weeks, even after putting a note on it telling them it wasn't my mail! Guess the recipient is wondering where his mail is.

While driving thru this town, your mail women did not have any lights on her postal vehicle. We almost rear-ended her. My gf Christina said she had kids in vehicle while delivering mail. They weren't wearing seatbelts and were messing with the mail. My GF mom called ur office to alert you on Friday. You guys have really lowered your standards.

Since moving to Blountsville, I have had mail that is not mine delivered. I have sent back crap that I don't want. I have had words with the post master who is rude and treats people like they are incompetent. The latest run in has to do with mail innovations - a stupid agreement between the USPS and UPS on deliveries. It started back when I worked at the Post Office and even then, in Maine, we said it was a bad idea. This isn't the first issue I've had with it but this is the first time I've had a Post Master not try to figure out the issue! UPS said it delivered to the Bham distro and she claimed that doesn't happen. She's WRONG. UPS 92748999955874573248453022 Shipment Delivered to USPS, Package Acceptance Pending 09/24/2021 5:44 PM Birmingham, AL, US IT'S BEEN A WEEK and she couldn't even offer to try and resolve the issue. Her system, because they haven't scanned it as accepted, still shows Minnesota. Well ? DUH! She's too busy trying to find a way NOT to help and do her job instead of helping and offering options - like a quick call to the Bham distro or a "letter" in the outgoing mail for the distribution manager to get. Between her and the previous carrier, no wonder people get P.O. Boxes in OTHER towns/cities. I may as well. It takes away from the mail count system and the less mail in an office, the faster it closes!!
