Had fed/ex issues but Wright did right by that. The hex bar is built like a tank. Will never bend or break. Great piece of equipment.

One of the UMHW stickers fell off on one of the J-hooks. I contacted Wright customer support. Wright was kind enough to send me out a replacement. I really appreciated that.
