The black female drive up Wells Fargo teller was rude and not customer centric. I arrive at 11:52 am cst. She didn’t acknowledge me for quite some time and after she finally acknowledged me, she said they were closed, held my identification and ATM card, and wouldn’t service me for a simple withdrawal even after waiting in line for over 45 minutes. Just simply Horrible service at this Centerpoint Alabama location. I wouldn’t send my enemy there. Closing my account even after I called the call center to assist me.

Probably the worst bank I've ever been to.. Drive through looks like an apocalypse. Not working at all. Manager of bank completely incompetent.

Triana, the teller at the window, put my deposit amount $10 less than what I had counted. When I brought it to her attention, she claimed that she had put it through the machine twice, and did not recheck it...I’m never trusting this location again with my deposits!

This branch is SLOW! I have never waited in a drive through for 25 minutes with 4 cars ahead of me until I started coming here. I never leave without wasting at least 30 minutes of my time waiting to be seen. I am closing this account after being a customer for almost 20 years. Having a teller at every intersection is great, but that is no longer worth it to me. Good bye!!!!!

The WORST drive thru!!! If you are in a hurry go inside. It will only take 20 min compared to the 45 min in drive thru. Make sure you have a full tank of gas if by chance you do go through the drive, stop please pull up to the next opening, drive stop. I wait 10 minutes at 1 only told be asked to pull up and wait another 10 min.

They have 4 service lines for drive tru! They only have one person available who will be taking care of one person and will make you wait to move to the front. I live in Roebuck. I have to get service in Crestwood or Homewood. Is a shame for wells fargo to hire incompetent people. Somebody from head quarters should come and visit this Awful bank.
