This is the bank I use. I have always found them to be very helpful and polite. Service is always fast and with a smile.

Denied me a low value credit card after I deposited much more than was my limit. I'm just trying to build my credit but they won't let me.

Terrible service and horrible wait times. If I could give names, I would. Very glad I came with a friend and do not bank with Wells Fargo. You shouldn’t either.
