This location is the rudest Wells Fargo in Hoover and the staff are very rude. Trace Crossing and HWY 31 is never rude to me. Trace Crossing and HWY 31 is always willing to help and have quick customer services.

I only visit this location because it is close to my house. Every single time I go to Riverchase location, I am never greeted. Everyone who works there acts like they don’t see the customers. They stay in their little cubicles and ignore you walking through the door. There are always 2 tellers working the drive thru and nobody up front to assist customers in the lobby. I always have to wait for somebody to come up front and assist. Why are all the tellers in the driver thru? I understand when the lobby was closed but it is open now. There should be somebody up front to help me. I have to do cash advances once a month so I cannot go to drive thru. Also there are never customers waiting in their drive thru so I don’t know why there are even two people back there. One time there was a long line inside and 2 people with their backs to the customers. I walked in and walked back out. Really hate this location.

I wrote a check to my brother $9445 and stupid Casheir returned check that it doesn’t read Correctly, I think she should wait to see if my bank cashes it, Casheir claimed it only 94.45 instead $9445 , No wonder this branch have such a low ratings
