Machines work well. $12 is what it cost me just to rinse off the truck and stopped before I was finished. My response is saving your money for your on pressure washer is cheaper but I was out of town. I should have waited!

Wow! How disappointing! The half a** pre wash was done right before I went into the wash, as my car was rolling into the car wash, which meant, I got half of my hood scrubbed, a strip of my driver side window, and maybe a quarter of my bumper. I've been coming here for years but this service has declined exponentially. I will now give my business to the other place! I miss the service with smiles and care.

This is the only car wash I use. The staff is just more helpful and nicer than the other locations I used to visit. When they aren't busy with other cars coming thru, they will offer to help clean windows, vacuum hard to reach areas (white Husky Glitter takes a long time to remove) or shine rims. The containers are always filled and in holders. If the roll of paper needs to be refilled, they do it with a smile. There's one young man that remembers me from my first visit and he always goes out his way to come get my rubber mats the first chance he gets free when he sees me. There are just small actions that makes this location better than other in the chain. All the mat cleaners always work. The one in Hueytown didn't even have machines the last time I was there. It takes me a long time to make my car look presentable again after transporting a large shedding dog, the guys always keep an eye on me just to make sure I'm ok. For these reasons and more, I passed by at least three other Goo-Goo locations and 2 units of another company to come wash my car on 280 even though the traffic can be hectic.

Who knew a car wash could make my day! The people that work here are awesome. I accidentally left my debit card at home and they were so quick to respond and let me through anyway. They checked on me after my wash to make sure everything was clean. The customer service here is outstanding. This was already my go to place, but now I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for showing kindness to me! 5 stars for sure, and more if I could.

Stopped by to get my car washed, after a long road trip. Even though the interaction was just for a few seconds, the two guys greeted and guided me, made a lasting impression. Their genuine friendliness made the experience very enjoyable.

Best customer service ever this afternoon! Got the $9 special and went to vacuum my car after the wash. I had to go back over some spots with a paper towel (as the summer bugs have basically cooked into the front of my car) and one of the attendants noticed that I had to scrub my car. So he insisted that I bring my car back through the wash at no cost and upgraded me the America's Best! Definitely recommend

I've been to Goo Goo twice now and got the express wash both times. The first time I was very pleased, but the second time I left with lots of bugs still on the front of my car. If I go back, I might need to splurge a little for a higher quality wash, but the $7 version was worth the free vacuums for me!

Great little car wash.... if you plan on washing your car when you get home! I have given this place multiple chances and every time I leave with soap pouring out of every crevice of every vehicle I have taken there. Never rinses well and on top of that I always have to wash my vehicles when I get home because of the poor job the wash did all together. I will not be returning to this place! There are too many other good car wash places around that do a good job to waste my time with this place!

I went here for a car wash today! Very good clean for $7. The very front of my car wasn't completely clean, but the rest was great. You can't complain for the price. Free vacuums, window cleaner, and carpet cleaning machine is great too!

Decided to stop by for a car wash today, and was helped by two friendly attendants! Great attitude and thanked us for coming! I like how easy it is to access this car wash off 280 and the free vacuum feature!
