“First time user and so far I really like it. I got every item I ordered and the meat and produce looks great. I did check No Substitutions so I won't receive something I don't want. I made an early morning delivery time and they were late but the driver apologized for being late and was very nice and professional. He also took off an additional $10, so they can be late each time because $10 off was a blessing. I will continue using Kroger delivery service and the prices are very fair compared to some of the other choices of grocery stores in the area. Update: I got my second order today and I would like to pass a little advice to the order selectors. Don't put the eggs in the bottom of the bag and put heavy stuff on top of them. I requested a a refund for the eggs. I seen another review that had broken eggs too, so apparently it's an on going problem that needs to be addressed. Other than that I really like the quality of food and the service.”
