Can't stand going into Walmart. They make you check yourself put while the hover over you like your a theif then want to see your receipt when walking out. I may go there 1 or 2 times a year

Racist and biased! Every time I have gone in my heels and work attire in the last month I have NEVER been stopped. HOWEVER everytime I've gone in relaxed wear i have been stopped all 5 times. I figured maybe it had something to do with self checkout so tonight I went through a cashier with 1 item she scanned it too many times and voided 1 of the 2 charges off and after i paid and was headed out the door I was pulled to the side by someone who had NO badge on and no uniform and asked to show my receipt and what was in my bag asled how often i come to this walmart and that i was flagged at the cash register for theft and this is all just part of their system and how they work TELL ME HOW when I went to an actual cashier with 1 item!! This has been the EXACT case the last 5 times however anytime I "look nice" I have NEVER BEEN STOPPED OR ASKED QUESTIONS or accused of theft and when asking for a supervisor or someone of any different race you are denied and they threaten to call the police.

Understaffed. Always a long wait no matter what time of day I shop. Never have enough self checkouts lanes open. Refuse to open more due to staffing when asked.
Ironic that Walmart is too understaffed to open the "self" checkout lanes.

Mehhh…it’s a Walmart…so I’m glad it’s there but employees are chillin on the phones. Just a general lack of customer care or any attempts to improve the shopping experience.

I asked an associate for assistance finding tissues, and I got helped promptly. She pointed in the direction of the tissues. I found everything I needed.

Are you telling me three employees are needed to watch 8 self checkout lanes? You can't open more than 8 lanes ever?
Seems to me that waiting in line is forced as they refuse to open additional self checkouts. Why even build them if they never get used.

Every time I go here, I am mind blown by the amount of pick-up shopping employees and ZERO cashiers. If your store is open, then there needs to be at least one cashier manning a register. There were even three employees at Customer Service doing nothing. Unless you’re giving me an employee discount for using Self Service, you need to hire someone to work your registers.
