Michael at the grocery door was grabbing people, on their way out the door after making their purchases.
KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF especially if you allow to NOT print a receipt, when nothing is stolen, and when there's no suspicion.
There was one more guy in there, who I talked to on my way out. He's apparently a lawyer or knows/works for one, and we traded contact info. I heard from HIM that an EMPLOYEE has also reported him previously as well.
This cannot stand.

They will argue with you about a rollback price that is on their website claiming it's online only pricing yet the product is in the store. They will also physically grab you to stop you from leaving the store to check your receipt...from the subway...?? Guess customer service stops in the parking lot cause these guys don't care.

This was a nice place at one time but now it's like the employees don't care about what their store looks like. Shelves are not stocked properly and things are not put where they should be. If it wasn't for convenience I would definitely go somewhere else.

Walmart did a duplicate transaction on my elderly mother’s account. It was easy enough to identify exactly what happened. Well Walmart says it’s the bank, bank says until the (duplicate) transaction goes through there’s nothing that can be done. It’s thrown my mother’s entire account into chaos. Not only the $160 for the purchase she made. But an identical $160 for the same order number , same time, easily identifiable. The supposed richest family in the United States cannot take Care of even the slightest customer inquiry. I detest Walmart and the fact they could wreak so much havoc on its customers. Your deplorable Walmart. Why don’t you use the billions you rake in, hey just from the “inflation “ alone and get some customer service skills about you. Pathetic.

This location never sticks it's shelves in a timely manner, never has enough regular or self-checkouts open. Add that to Walmart limiting self CO and id rather drive an extra 10 miles out of the way to be able to shop in a clean and friendly store in sumiton. Corporate really needs to check this stores metrics. HARD.

Since my son passed away and I have 2 children, their pickup and delivery service has been a life saver. Just don't order green onions!
There are a few things mostly produce that I just have to pick myself.
I like a BEER or 2 every now and again, no worries, they deliver! Just have your I.D. READY BECAUSE THEY ARE STRICT ABOUT THAT!
I am very happy with my pick-up orders too. Never have to wait more than 5 min. Of course, I check in online. Great service I'm very happy. I rarely go in the store anymore! With 2 kids I wind up spending more!
