Today I tried to go to Wallace Burke in order to find a birthday gift for my mother. After I parked, my sister and I got out of my car and walked across the street to meet my brother so that we could enter together and look around, but as I was walking across the street, one of the workers ran out of the store and very rudely yelled at me to move my car. He literally yelled at two teenage girls walking in the road without asking nicely like a decent human being. After being yelled at, my sister and I got back in my car and left because we were so shocked by his unnecessarily mean behavior. I will never return to this jeweler and hope that others will not support this kind of behavior.

Such a great experience. Patrick is excellent. I came in wanting a custom engagement ring, not knowing exactly what I wanted and Patrick took my ideas and made the most beautiful and perfect ring for me. The amount of detail in the band is just stunning! I would give him 7 stars if I could and the entire process took less than a month! I’m excited to come back so that he can also design my wedding band.

Wallace Burke’s made a custom wedding band out of my recently deceased grandmother’s jewelry. They helped bring my vision to life and create a piece that goes seamless with my engagement ring. I definitely hope the band will be a family heirloom because of how special the company has made it.

I am extremely satisfied with a gift that I commissioned for my father’s birthday (as is my father). I had a minor issue with a personal message I had engraved into a beautiful sterling flask, and David Hezlep corrected the problem quickly and with expert professionalism. Having had the issue, I experienced how those at Wallace Burke were deeply invested in the overall quality of their goods and services, as well as my total satisfaction as their customer. I will absolutely be doing business with them again.

Fantastic! I needed to get a family engagement ring resized, cleaned, and repaired as the platinum band was broken. I was also on a tight timeline and walked into the store to see if they could accommodate. I was ready to look at purchasing a new band if the old one was not salvageable. Not only did they talk me OUT of a costly new band, but they had the ring totally cleaned, sized, and repaired by 11am the next day. Plus the price came in $20 less than they quoted me! Awesome, honest people and high quality, fast turnaround. Couldn’t be happier.
