I frequent the Walgreens located at 2301 Centerpoint Parkway, Center Point, AL 35215. I have NEVER had an issue and the pharmacy staff is extremely helpful. Today I encountered Myasia, a manager who was beyond rude. The pharmacy closes at 6 pm and I’m well aware of this. Upon arriving at 5:55 Myasia was coming out of the pharmacy with the cash tills. I advised her that I needed to pick up 4 prescriptions that were no cost. She rudely yelled that she doesn’t handle that and that the pharmacist would have to decide whether or not to give me my prescriptions. I said ok but can you please ask her to come to the door so that I can speak with her because at this point the shade is down. She stated oh well you will have to wait until the pharmacist comes out and proceeds to walk off. She never tried to assist me. The pharmacist was very helpful. She pulled my prescriptions and had the cashier at the photo counter check me out. I have always had nothing but pleasant experiences at this particular location. I spend tons of money here as well as other members of my family based on my recommendations. However , after today’s experience Walgreens has probably lost a loyal customer

This is a good Walgreens location in Birmingham, Alabama. The service was professional and friendly and the store had the usual merchandise that you would associate with a Walgreens location. I travel a lot for work and this location was convenient for me to grab a few items. I would definitely recommend here.

Store is always prompt with having the front end doordash orders ready to go, unlike most other places. They have a really good selection of various medications, foods,beverages,and other things as well. 5 star experience when I shop here.

I know this store is in, Centerpoint, but despite where it's located... I LOVE this Walgreens! The staff is Wonderful! They're always stocked with products, the sale signs are up, and store is well maintained.

Staff is always kind to me and the pharmacy ladies rock ... I needed a transfer of meds immediately and the pharmacist jumped right on it and I had my meds in under 3 hours ...

I like the store side just fine - cashiers tend to be friendly and nice. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back due to the pharmacy. They are slow & have poor customer service. I waited a week for my child’s Rx because they said it was going to be ordered. I called to follow up and I was told they didn’t get it. If I had not called, would they ever have gotten in contact with me? Probably not. Horrible service. I won’t be going back and wished I never wasted my time.
