I work here and I suggest that no one works here the store manager mrs.Rachel is soo unprofessional, she is rude , she gets aggravated fast and everytime she hires someone new she speaks to them like they are illiterate. Its a horrible workplace but I’m staying strong for my 2 daughters . I will not be here long AT ALLL !

Is this location a training location? Each month, it’s different pharmacists and pharmacy techs? Which leads to unanswered questions, and extremely long waits. I don’t understand how the pharmacy can stay so understaffed.

Was shorted 20 pills and when I questioned them, they said, “The error is not on our end.” So, they called me a liar. Why would I lie? This is my first prescription in decades and my experience at this Walgreens was awful. I will be going elsewhere from here on out.

This is more about LabCorp’s “clinic”. I waited for over an hour to find out flu testing isn’t performed DURING FLU SEASON! If all you do is collect specimens, you’re a collection station not a clinic! If you can’t run in-house CLIA waived tests, you’re not a clinic.

This pharmacy is horrible!! The staff is extremely rude, and are not willing to help you. There was a long line of people waiting, because all of the workers were gone. Overall this Walgreens location is horrible. I would go elsewhere. Beware of this place

Pharmacist is lazy! I was told they won’t check blood pressure due to COVID but another Walgreens down the street gladly did it for me.

The sales associate, Victoria, really makes this store amazing-she knows the inventory thoroughly and is so kind and helpful-I always hope that she is there and I love her make-up suggestions. I have never bought cosmetics at a drug store but she is slowly getting me away from Saks with he excellent suggestions. A lovely woman!

Spend 10 min waiting for someone to help me at Fedex counter. Fedex told me to go to this place to drop off. I was needing an envelop or small Fedex box to return something. The woman that tried to help me first would not give me a box as she said it was too big for the item I was returning and when I told her it did not matter to me, she informed me that it did to the store because they had to buy the Fedex boxes??? Then tells me she would get the manager to help and he would not even come over and told me that all the fedex packaging was for film drop off?? I must have stupid tattooed across my forehead

The pharmacy has TERRIBLE service. Could not fill any of my medicines correctly. Would just cancel my order because they couldn't figure it out. I went in several times to try to get things worked out and they never would get anything right. Will never even use a Walgreens again because of them. Went to Walmart CVS and I have had nothing but amazing service. Don't even waste your time dealing with these people.
