The manager of the store is beyond rude. I have never experienced someone quite so abrasive. Went in to pick up a photo order of a calendar and it was told she didn’t know why I (& so many others that had come in that day) ordered a calendar from them because they “do not do calendars and I should have ordered from a real printing company”. I told her they had the best prices on calendars in town with a smile, and she replied “well I know why, that’s because we don’t make calendars”! I was so shocked I simply looked down and couldn’t even make eye contact with her. She went on to ask who was mailing the calendar I said I wasn’t sure if it was coming UPS or USPS but that it was going to their store based on my confirmation and tracking email. She stared blankly and I guess she’s still scratching her head at the fact that they do in fact make calendars… What a strange situation won’t be back in the store after I pick up my calendar lol.

Very fast photos services here (2"x2" passport photo). Easy to find with plenty of parking. Clean and neat place for your groceries too.

Photo center/pickup completely incompetent and unorganized. I waited nearly 20 minutes for them to try and locate my prints just to be asked to wait another 10 for them to reprint. Associates were very nonchalant about the poor experience and the time wasted.

Went in with my boyfriend to return a few items. The old white lady named sandy was mad that we wanted to return items and kept asking why we Couldn’t have just kept them instead of making her do all the work. When we finished we walked around the store when we heard sandy talking to her manager complaining about us. She said “that little girl was giving me attitude and I swear if she would’ve said one more thing to me I would’ve messed her up.” My boyfriend obviously didn’t like that and confronted them. They lied about what they were talking about and said it was none of his business. The manager then yelled and kicked us out of store.

Guaranteed they will have something in the wrong place with the wrong price and swear it’s ur mistake. If I didn’t live less than a half a mile from this location I would NEVER return.

This Walgreens is disappointing. When I call and finally get connected and am transferred to the pharmacist, they’re not helpful. Multiple pharmacists seem angry, they are trying to get me off the phone as fast as possible, and then they tell me they’ll make an exception for something and when I go to confirm the exception with another pharmacist, they basically tell me that the first one lied and the exception was never enacted. Just lovely service. ?

Don't know who the new man was that was working the front and photos on 5/27 at 1:45 (not usual elderly man and elderly lady that are SO nice). Tall big guy. He basically yelled at me because he couldn't understand my last name when I picked up photos, and when he checked me out, never said a word! Not thank you, nothing! Usually pleasant experience there, but that guy needs to have an attitude change or be gone!

This Walgreens pharmacy does not take initiative to fill prescriptions that are called in or sent over by the doctor. Every time I get medication called in, I have to call and ask it to be filled. Then it takes 3 days for them to fill it, (not refill), even though my doctor prescribed the medication to be taken twice a day. This will be the 4th day without my medication, and every time I call they increase the time by 2 hours of when it will be ready. I will be switching pharmacies this week and if your medication is essential to be on time with refills and filling, I suggest you do the same.

Not sure from where all these bad comments came. Due to insurance changes, we were forced to change from CVS to Walgreens. Yes, the store layout is different but that's Learning curve. All the staff and Pharmacists have been super. The 4 is for the horrible situation leaving the drive-thru. It is bad if you have a truck or SUV.
