If you’d like to drop your FedEx package off at a store run by morons then this is the store for you. Staff don’t even know how to use their own systems.

I drive over 10 miles to use this Walgreen's photo department. Mathew helped me today as he has in the past. Mathew has perfect customer service skills and knowledge. I want to thank Walgreens for employing such a talented and nice person. I want to thank him as well.

My experience with the pharmacist on duty today wasn’t the best, when picking up a prescription being met with an attitude isn’t the way. I was told that they would no long fill a prescription which is fine but, the attitude was the problem. When speaking with a customer please use kindness at all times especially when they’re just picking up a prescription from a pharmacy they’ve used for years. Customers aren’t always aware of policies and policy changes so being short with them is very alarming, kindness is always the easiest way when dealing with the public.

When a doctor called in a very expensive lotion,I was not contacted til I got to the pickup window.I was put on the spot to buy or not buy.No opportunity to contact the Doctor for a cheaper product.I informed the clerk I did not want any more of the specific product. The same day I went through the drive through and picked other drugs but they included that expensive drug. The audio at the window was so low you could not hear the clerk so when I paid and realized the expensive drug was included ,which I earlier, informed the clerk I did not want anymore of this drug. The clerk refused to take the drug back.Shame on Walgreens !Please repair your audio system at the drive thru.I hope no one else experiences this.

Pharmacist on duty on May 20,2024 at ~5:30pm was incredibly rude and short with me when I tried to pickup my prescription. She did not listen to my query/issue and jumped to conclusions which were inevitably incorrect. I ended up not even getting my medicine. Will not be returning to this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

The pharmacist is one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. She acts like you're just an inconvenience to her day if you have to talk to her. One of my medications that could kill me if stopped taking it is consistently out of stock. And she is in no hurry to transfer your perscriptions. I transferred all of my medications to another pharmacy. The pharmacist is on the top of the reasons why.

Went to print brochures and the manager at first flat out ignored me and my request for help. As in didn’t even turn to acknowledge me. Then after me asking a second time to please help the brochures came out horrible and useless. Manager stated it was just how the printer works. This Walgreens is the worst. The pharmacist who attempted to help was nice. They need to clean house as far as management.

Waited over 30 minutes to pick up 3 photos that were already printed in advance. The photo worker was nice to me, but the lady at the cash register was insanely rude. Never coming back here.

The female pharmacist I dealt with tonight seriously medals in one of the rudest condescending service providers I have ever experienced. I can't imagine how I would have left feeling if I didn't know my medication well and had experience with the dosing. Also sporting an excellent case of resting B face she looks completely miserable in her job. Girlfriend needs to take a vacation or reconsider her job path. Sort of laughable if it wasn't so darn sad.

"You should just be glad I haven't walked out today." - Jessica, the pharmacist working on 10/26/23 at the Walgreens on Green Valley in Cahaba Heights. The first time I came though the drive thru I was told my daughter's prescription would be ready in 15 minutes. Fine. Not unusual or a big deal. I leave and come back after more than that time has passed.I come back through the drive thru a second time. I'm told my prescription is ready, but that the pharmacist has gone to the bathroom and I needed to wait on her to return in order to get my prescription. After a few minutes, Brad who said he was the operations manager, told me I couldn't wait any longer and needed to drive around and go to the back of the line which was 3 cars deep. Fine.I pull around a third time and another woman is at the window and says my prescription is ready, but now the pharmacist is in a meeting and can't verify my prescription so she isn't sure when it will be ready. She told me I should come into the building to wait. I explained I had a sick and vomiting child in my car and that is why I was attempting to use the drive thru.Suddenly, Jessica the pharmacist finally appears and rudely asks if I want my prescription. Yes, I'd love that. It's the only reason I'm here. I'm told my prescription is ready. Exasperated, she says, "Fine, I'll get it ready. You should just be glad I haven't walked out today." I'm sorry. What? I'm supposed to be glad she is going to actually do the job she is paid to do? I just wanted my daughter's meds, not Jessica's drama.I'm sorry Jessica was having a bad work day, but there was no need to take it out on me, a customer who was just trying to pick up my prescription for my sick child that I had been repeatedly told was ready. Someone needs to explain to Jessica that being rude to customers isn't right or good, and that pharmacists are expected to work while they are at work aka fill prescriptions for the people who use your pharmacy. If you are still reading, I say all this to say: don't use this pharmacy. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Jayla, an employee there is very disrespectful and rude. I also witnessed her being rude to the lady that approached her with a question after me. A couple of weeks ago I requested the pharmacist not give me a certain generic medication I cannot take . She made a note of it in the system. Next time I came back she filled a 90 DAY supply of that same medication. I pulled out of drive thru and looked in bag and realized she had filled the meds I can't take instead of the ine SHE NOTED she was supposed to use. When I pulled immediately back in drive thru and talked to her she said there was nothing she could do. Really?! So now I have 90 days of meditation I can't take. Pulled all my prescriptions the next day and went to a new pharmacy. Done.
