I am so Fed up !!!Pharmacy staff is so Rude !!I had to wait for my medication for over 2 hours !! Drive thru windows is so disgusting clean your windows as well as your rude attitudes!

If u don’t wanna work there then find another job. They been opening a hour and 30 minutes late, and they never answer the phone. When they do answer they keep putting you on hold without saying anything. That sad as hell when people life is in danger surrounding them needing their medication. I will be calling corporate and I have documented proof with time stamps of how late they have been opening and how they don’t answer the calls. One lady even hung up on me.

It was great today got in and got out sometime there is a line. But they get you took care of. Been going there for year's I have no problem with them or the wait.

One of the worst Walgreens EVER!! I I dropped off a prescription at 3:00 PM. I called the pharmacy at 6:13 and they told me my prescription was ready. When I got there the pharmacist told me that it wasn’t. My prescription was written for only 14 pills and a pain medication at that. Their staff, this particular night was rude, no customer service, impatient, and remember I was lied to when I called at 6:13 PM. Every time I go to this Walgreens, there is always a long line in the drive-through as well as inside the store. They definitely need more staff and better staff. Their employees really needs some type of training. All of them seem so unexperienced especially with their poor customer service. This Walgreens is conveniently located, so that’s why I used it this one time in the first place because I needed a pain medication filled. If they would have told me that it would have been over three hours to get 14 pills filled. I would have found another pharmacy. But from now on I will, I will never return to this Walgreens, especially to fill a prescription ever. I would not like to receive a call from the pharmacist or the store manager. Please do not reach out to me.

Please don't waste your time unless you are getting Tylenol. ANYTHING SERIOUS you will die before you get the prescription. May sound dramatic, but I am just thankful they have the system that you can change the prescription to another Walgreens in the System. I had to do that last year when I needed a blood thinner.. Did I learn my lesson nope, because on Nov 8th, my Eye Dr sent a prescription to the Lomb Ave Walgreens, I got there and was told it would be there by 1 tomorrow. Well, tomorrow, it wasn't there, it will be there tomorrow (the next day). I called on Friday, and the Pharmacist said, I'm short-handed and will need to call you in an hour. After NOT hearing from her at all, I called another store and was told it should be at Lomb Ave on Monday. If it's not there on Monday, call him back and he will order it. After NOT hearing from anyone on Monday I called my Dr to send the order somewhere else. as for the Lomb Avenue.. just like in the movie Annie, Tomorrow NEVER COMES. I haven't heard from them yet and it is Dec 6th. I will NEVER enter the store or send medication to that Pharmacy again.

Walgreens is becoming the worst. I was under the impression that this issue was limited to this Walgreens on Lomb Ave but we have the same issue at a different location across town. Going to the pharmacy is a complete and utter nightmare! And it doesn't make a difference if you go inside or go through the drive thru, it takes a MINIMUM of 40 minutes to get service. 50 mins to pickup some medicine that's already package and ready to go! They have the audacity to have one person taking care of the customers in the drive thru and the customers at the counter!?! I can probably guarantee with a 90% chance of being correct that the reason Walgreens will provide for this problem is staffing. That they're unable to hire enough people to provide adequate levels of employees to service their customers. It is my belief that the reason Walgreens doesn't have enough employees to cover the store and in particular the pharmacy is not because they can't hire enough people, but because the service they currently have is just enough to satisfy enough people so Walgreens doesn't have a PR problem and keeping revenues high as possible. And if for some unforseen reason Walgreens does start having problems and complaints , the way they'll "solved" it is to hire at one of their really big, good, high traffic store(s) located in a great neighborhood (probably more wealthy). And the same fixable, avoidable issue is happening at the Walgreens on the parkway in Roebuck/Center Point. I didn't take any pictures because as far as I'm concerned, Walgreens isn't worth my camera. I will be posting this review on the Walgreens Center Point store on Google.

Visited this Walgreens location on lomb Avenue and Ethel the cashier was very patient with me .I had the wrong card for my transaction and she was so nice in walking me through steps to use my card..Thank You Ethel..
