This Walgreens is very close and convenient to me. There is a CVS just next door so they have some stiff competition. I'm almost always able to find what I need here from beauty supplies to snacks. I most recently came and made a magnet of my dog in their photo center. Too cute!

10/06/2022, Walgreens #06034 101 Green Springs Hwy Birmingham, AL 35209, The staff at this Walgreens are very pleasant, the way they greet customers, and the checkout is always fast and easy. There were seven prescriptions that I picked up at the pharmacy. Earlier in the day, Megan the pharmacist was very proffessional, very knowledgeble, and helpful with my questions about my prescriptions. Chandler checked out my prescriptions and answered my question about a prescription and Chandler was very nice too. Thank you, Walgreens, and God bless! Mark N Tim Elders

I went there to take a passport photo 4 month ago but they said the camera is not working then I came back with my children to take a passport photo and they said the same thing

Came by here on a Wednesday because it was close to the hospital where I got my script. They said they were out and the Epi-pen would be in next day after 2pm. Not close by my house so I get back by there on Friday. After a long wait in a line with no one. I was told "It may be in containers (points to them) that we haven't opened yet. It may be about 2 hrs."

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered regular 1 hr photos. Gave them an hour and 15 minutes to process before I arrived. They hadn't even began the printing because they were too busy standing around talking. When I said my name she began looking in the photo boxes then, miraculously when she went over to the computer they magically started printing. She said she couldn't give me a time frame of when they would be done. Really! It's a 1 hour process and now I've spent an additional 20 minutes listening to you drag your feet around. We went on our way because we have 10 more hours to drive. Lazy people really tick me off! I'll use CVS there's one 200 yards away!

A few months ago I moved and switched my main pharmacy to this Walgreens location. I have received excellent customer service consistently the entire time. Everyone has been kind and courteous. The pharmacy has been quick to fill new scripts, and I have a lot of prescriptions....usually I’m picking one up at least every other week. The text reminders and online refill options are user-friendly and make it easier to manage my complicated concoction of medications. The drive-thru prescription pickup is convenient as well, and this Walgreens is located in a great place.

This is my favorite Walgreens with a pharmacy. I'm always in and out in no time whenever I stop by for anything after a long day at work. I'm usually avoiding crowded stores in the evening and dodging long lines. This is a great option for like minded people. Whether I'm picking up a few household products or getting medication filled (inside or in the drive thru area), the staff is usually friendly, selection is good, and the wait is never to long. Despite lower costs for prescriptions or general items like paper goods, breakfast food, snacks, or even wine at places like Walmart, I'd rather go to this Walgreens location for the convenience and hassle-free experience. Like most people, I'm used to paying more for a pleasant experience. However, this is not the case with every visit to this location. Thanks for getting things right when it comes to customer service.

So the store is no longer 24 hrs. I wasn't aware of this and showed up 10 minutes before closing hoping to get some q-tips. One employee blocked me at the door and when I said I only needed qtips, knew exactly where they were and would be in and out in 60 seconds she let me past. The cashier was incredibly rude and just shoved my qtips in the bag and shoved me out. Honestly just going to shop at the CVS across the street because I was perfectly kind, respectful, and I made it out of the store before closing.
