I love my local Walgreens. It's my goto for all my last-minute needs, from microwave meals and ice cream to medicines and dental products. Never had a negative shopping experience. Prices are pretty standard and comparable to similar type stores but coupons help a lot, especially the ones in the Walgreens app. Use them all the time. Walgreens in Forestdale--- highly recommended.

Sam, the "Pharmacist" is the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I've already complained once to corporate but nothing has been done so far. I had to speak with him this morning and he's still rude!

Second time I've had a bad experience with Betty in the pharmacy. Talking to us like we are stupid with no concern of helping us. She has the worst attitude of anybody I've ever encountered there. Will probably be changing pharmacies. Used to feel welcome there. Now we're a nuisance because fingers had to be lifted to help a customer.

I asked a short black cashier with really long eyelashes and no name tag a question. She had NO people skills. I felt like I was bothering her. I don't think she would like being treated like that if she was the customer and I treated her like that.

Shorty with the finger waves in the pharmacy could use some customer service etiquette training. Pointing at customers and asking for their information loudly is poor discretion practice.
