On September 13, 2023 I bought four new tires. They have signage stating they're not responsible for wheels and I found out the hard way why. After cleaning my wheels I noticed that ALL of them had scratches and/or gouges. My wheels had NO scratches or damage at all prior to going to this place. I just had to show them the damage because it was excessive. I went back on September 14th. I explained the situation to one guy who got a bottle and sprayed the wheels with something then wiped them off which of course did nothing. He then went to get another guy who asked what I wanted. I explained the situation to him and he said his worker told him that my wheels were already scratched. And I must have hit a pothole or curb. WHAT??? On all four wheels and freshly done. He said the machine couldn't have done it. And since his worker didn't do it I must have and walked off. Needless to say I've been taught a valuable and expensive lesson.

Will not give refunds for defective products and try to give you another tire.

Didn't balance the tire they put on but offered us a tire for cheaper than anywhere else
