Went to post office to see why package was marked as undeliverable. They said my home is vacant. Yet mail was delivered the same day AND delivered the next day. It’s another case of postal person doing the bare minimum. USPS doesn’t believe in customer service.

After talking the neighbor, the postal carrier for the 1600 block of 18th Street SW decided on his own to write deceased on my mail and return it to sender. The Supervisor on duty (3/1/23) stated that he said someone else wrote deceased on the mail. According to my camera, only the carrier put mail in the box and the designated pick up person took mail out.

This is the worst post office I've ever had to visit, they will drop your delivery off any where. Nasty attitudes they want help.

The mail carrier that delivers at the University Crossings apartments in the 200 block of 3rd Ave SW continuously put mail in the wrong mailboxes. This has been ongoing! But beware! Do not approach! She's cussed half the community out.

"Failed delivery at 8:25am" on a Saturday when no one is awake, and your delivery hours are 9am-noon on Christmas Eve???????????Consistently fail to deliver packages claiming they don't have a safe location when there are two forms of parcel lockers and the management office of the apt complex where all of the other carriers put their packages that are too large. If it's anything like the Bessemer office they just keep your stuff if you don't pick it up. I just cancel the order with Amazon usually.

I am just exhausted trying to deal with the westend post office sorry but not sorry for what me and my neighbors getting they can shut it down because several times very important mail has not been delivered

The literally misplaced my packages every week. At this point I believe it’s on purpose because I contact customer service and management.

this post office does not even try to deliver packages. I will get "undeliverable" notifications for no reason. I have had a package resent because them and it has lost both times. This place is terrible

The customer service is awful, my mail isn't being delivered because of animal interference and we don't have any animals.

I have been waiting for a Priority Shipped Package for almost 2 weeks, So imagine my excitement when it arrived at my local post office, which is this location, I went there and asked them about it, she says "it's out for delivery to your home" . I arrived home, never received the package and it has been shipped to Pleasant Grove's post office. So now I'm going to take a wild guess that I will not receive it for another 2 weeks...

Terrible the lady at the front always have an attitude I don’t had mail on hold for two weeks and now they can’t find any mail they takes the phone off tho hook for various of hours just pathetic needs new management

I just got a call from my post office saying that my package hasn't reached Alabama yet wich was a lie because I have updates saying it did they just didn't want to wait for it to be delivered to the closest facility wich was only a few minutes away from the next one they lied to me and are very unprofessional and rude it was only 12 something when she delivered she still had plenty enough time to wait for it yo be delivered since it's Saturday they areask just ready to get off and go home
