I live in an upstairs apartment, and they will absolutely not bring my packages upstairs to my door. The guy who has my route is prolly the worst post office person I’ve ever seen. He is beyond lazy, will not walk up a step, and constantly delivers mail in the complex to wrong boxes because he doesn’t pay attention to detail, or either doesn’t know how to read numbers on the boxes. I even talked to the supervisor, and she said she would talk to him and tell him that I’ve requested that packages be left at my door, and still, no difference has been made! This guy is so sorry, it makes me feel bad for the post office people that actually do a good job!

Service is dependent on who you get. Very hit and miss and when you miss you are getting maybe one star. During my last visit I had to go to the back of the other line because the line I was end closed (clerk had to take their "break"). I had been in line for over 15 minutes!
