I just left to have 2 packages shipped and returned. The front desk attendant, I didn’t get her name I arrived around 12:55 pm on today 4/22/2024. The heavy set black woman at the front desk with wig on was not helpful at all. She rushed me out stating that I needed tape and I normally use the label to close small packages. She also told me that it looked like my packages should be shipped through ups and clearly my labels had usp. Then she basically rushed me out the store, I stated that I would go to a different location and I’m glad I did.. This place is horrible and now I know why I don’t patronize the hood because of the customer service given . This place is horrible and just non customer service driven. I wish I can rate this place less than 1 star ?

Went to mail a package at 2:00 p.m. and the place was locked up. There was no note on the door saying, “be back soon”, or anything. It was just closed. This is not the first time this has happened.

The worst post office I have ever visited, horrible experience, the rude employee with a bad attitude towards everyone, including me. I don't understand how the government or anyone who has the power to fix the situation there because they really are useless without education and without respect for customers.

Came here on a Thursday at 2:30pm and they were locked up, no notice when they would return. Very frustrating.

I visited the Roebuck post office today 12/20/2022 regarding mail that showed from Saturday as informed mail delivery that I had not yet received. The lady at the front was rude, short and dismissive. As I walked away with nothing more than when I came I realized she was on her personal cell phone and my questions annoyed her because I interrupted her. Please work on your customer service skills.

I have standing waiting for 10 minutes or longer. No one at the front desk. They heard me out there still don't come. Had to yell out for someone to finally come out. It was ridiculous. Hire better people and train to them better.

The only problem I have is that there has been numerous times that I have arrived at 0830 and they are not open. I'm not sure what exactly is going on, but today was the 3rd time in the past 3 or 4 months. I once had to leave and go to another post office after waiting over 45 mins. An inconvenience for someone who works at night and wants to get home.

Well you keep going to “WHITE” postal services because they are more put together and less trashy more than likely lol. Your an example of every race can be racist.
