They let the worker steal from us! I ordered some shoes and never received them and they not even trying to find them or contact me with info they haven’t gave me my money back or anything! I hate these folks but I will be reporting them to the better bureau and filing a complaint! I’m getting my lawyer to look into them and suing them for stealing and not refund my money! They won’t even investigate they people but if I find out the person I’m prosecute them!

How does a post office receive a package at 3:30am and it not be delivered that day? This post office just keeps getting worse. They need a complete overhaul of employees. Because the ones they have aren’t working. I want to give them negative 5 stars. This happens way too much. Update package was never delivered it was either stolen or it fell into a warp hole.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Personnel is rude, unhelpful and inaccurate. I have been told that packages are lost (after calling daily for 5 days), only to find out that there were returned to the original sender at the discretion of the delivery person. This happened twice within 6 months. One of the packages was a package from Germany that my parents had sent for the holidays for their grandchildren. Very frustrating.

I have been shipping packages from this branch for years & even if you drop a package at the counter it will sometimes sit for days before it receives a scan into the system.

I wish they would turn on the Air Conditioner, it’s summer it’s hot and humid in Alabama. Ashamed the yard, lawn etc is unkempt.

This post office doesn't deserve the one star I gave it. I sent a Next Day letter to be delivered on a Friday. It was received by the PO but was not delivered. Said it would be attempted on Monday. It was not even attempted on Monday. Finally got through on the phone to the PO on Tuesday and he said it would be delivered today. Well guess what it was not and they will not answer the phone. Very poor service. !!!!! Will use another company next time I send next day letter. Don't know where or when this letter will be delivered or returned. Sloppy way to handle delicate information of customers.

The lady behind the desk is so rude. I never heard of a place that has packages in and out but can’t tape one up for you? She didn’t want to. While she sits her lazy behind in a chair. I dread coming to the post office as it is, it seems like they have the worlds rudest workers.

The place is filthy and trashed, including a non-functioning self-serve kiosk. As an extra bonus, no one answers a local phone call to the facility in an attempt to determine when (if ever) the kiosk might be working again.

I used to regret ever having to go to this place because everybody seem to have attitude. But the last couple of times I've been there there's a desk clerk named Barbara and I'm telling you she is very professional very friendly and a lot of other workers could take notes from her. Thank you Barbara for being so professional.

One word describes this PO: Lazy. When you have letters in the mailbox to be mailed (with the flag raised) - the letter carrier refuses to pick them up - just shoving them to the back of the box and putting the new mail in…. Also - Out for Delivery must just be a choice for them. This PO is constantly making up excuses as to why they can’t deliver a package.
