UPS delivered my package to the wrong address.
No one at UPS was able to assist and the claim it link didn't work at all for me.
Bad customer experience for sure.

Drivers a joke waited all day for my package never showed up then he wrote incorrect address… my address is correct. then it got sent back to sender.

Driver refusing to deliver packages to my house leaves at our gate and we are a football field off the road. I was home all day and the driver honked his horn left a “sorry I missed you” to my mail box. I found him in the neighborhood. I confronted him about why he will not leave my packages. This is what he said . I quote “ if you do not say please I will take your package back to the warehouse. I do not have to deliver to your door”. Now my package has the delivery times change and “wrong address”. Not sure what to do since I’m being retaliated against.

Driver would not deliver my package. Kept lying saying I was unavailable when I spent the entire day waiting! Now I have to play hide and seek to find my package!!!!!!!!

I have been home all day! 1st my delivery was to be here between 1 & 5 pm, then 7pm. I was tracking my delivery & the driver kept getting further away. At 8 pm or a little before the UPS vehicle was at the Tarrant UPS hub & I got a notification that they attempted to deliver my around 7:45 pm & would they again tomorrow. They NEVER were even close to my place! I have 2 big dogs that Love the UPS thinking they are going to get a treat or the package is for them so they BARK Very Loudly when they hear the vehicle! NOBODY, not 1 soul has darkened my doorstep yesterday or today let alone the UPS with my MEDICATION Delivery!

My business, towed a vehicle and after repeated billing, they have not paid the bill. The drivers got complete billing info including purchase order number. It's been about four months now.You can't get a phone number to contact them. The 800 number is answered in the Philippines and they don't know what a tow service is.Yes I would love to know how to private message you guys or talk to someone there on the phone.Guess I'll just have to come visit.

The UPS driver looked me dead in my face and told me my package was not on his truck then proceeded to put in the system that he “attempted” to deliver the package. I work from home and UPS did nothing about it, but give me the run around ALL DAY! i could have picked up the package myself at the location but instead they lied again and said they were bringing it back. NEVER SHOWED UP!!
