Super quick and friendly service. I was unexpectedly surprised by the fast paced line moving right along and to find out it was due to the sales associates working, who, not only were knowledgeable in their field of expertise but also very patient and friendly with people who might not have been as up to date with the changing of such a fast paced, technology centered world. They had extra staff to call and lend a hand if a customer needed any explanation or extra assistance, which proved to be the ultimate game changer.

Service sucks and they charge $2 to print a shipping label, just take the drive over to the ups store in Chelsea. It’s a completely different experience.

I've been using this location to ship packages, print birthday invitations for my son, etc., for almost 10 years now and I don't have anything but nice things to say about the owner and his employees!

I came in with three pre-packaged and pre-labeled shipments on Friday 3/31 at 4:05 P.M. All 3 were the same size and weight, in manila envelopes.I waited in line for 15+ minutes to drop off. I’ve never had any issues with UPS and there was a long line behind me. I handed all 3 packages to the associate and said I didn’t need a receipt. She had a difficult customer in front of me and a line growing behind me.A couple of days later, I check tracking and see 2/3 were scanned and delivered. The third wasn’t scanned at all. Couldn’t even file an insurance claim because according to UPS, they never got it.So I’m with 3, out with 0 but you only get 2. UPS store says there is nothing they can do.They should want to check their cameras and see if anything internal is going on but oh well.I won’t be too rushed to ask for a receipt next time.

Two words. STAY AWAY. I had two pairs of eye glasses that were special order and I would not be in town when they arrived. My fiance' came to this store to ship them to me. Owner was rude and never offered insurance above the ' typical ' $100. The package was never delivered. We filed a claim for the $667.07 that I paid for the glasses. They were rude and the owner kept urging the counter clerk to have us go online and file. We called every couple of weeks to no avail. After 6 weeks we called again and was told the claim was approved, but only for the $100. When I attempted to complain further and asked for information on who else might help me, I was hung up on. Oh, by the way, don't say under this review that " issue resolved " because just like everything else he said, that would be a lie.

I dropped a package off at this location. It's either lost, or stolen here because there were never any UPS scans after that. I was told since they did not process the label; there's nothing they can do. Ok, so you can't keep anything secure? That's not going to work. I see from other reviews this is still an issue after 4 years. You lost me money. Not going to happen anymore.

If I could give him a negative review I would. Yes, him, the owner. By far the most disgusting customer service at any UPS store I have ever visited. I was charged a fee for printing a label that they allow customers to email to the company account. I've returned dozens of items from various UPS stores and never paid a dime. Maybe this owner is allowed to charge a fee, but you need to actually tell the customer before you print it that there's a fee! Overall a very sad experience from an owner that has no enthusiasm or care for his customers. Will never be back. I'll make sure my message is spread across the community and my family/friends. This business does not need to be supported. If my interaction was with an employee rather than the actual owner, then I wouldn't feel this outraged.

I've been doing business with this place for years and will continue to do so. Brad and his crew are professional and courteous. BTW... during my visit today, I stood behind a real "grump" to put it politely. I'm not sure I would be able to keep my cool dealing with an individual like that. Per usual, the UPS gang handled with respect and kindness. Kudos... I would have told them to take a hike!

The man working the desk was very unprofessional and rude. Had a bad attitude before I even spoke to him. The man that appeared to be in charge was professional but did not correct the employee who was rude. I’m sure there is a better UPS store around, so I would avoid this one.

The people are great and very helpful. I recently called about having a last minute sign made-I emailed my design and had a perfect, beautiful sign by that afternoon! I definitely recommend this store location to small business owners.
