Incompetence at its best. I need a color copy of something front and back then laminated. The easiest task known to a UPS Store worker. Not today. Here are the excuses I received while inside.
“I don’t know how to work this thing” (copier)
“I need to call someone to help” (no answer)
“I don’t know what to tell you”
“I’m part time and don’t know how to work this thing”
“I would go to FedEx or Kinkos”
Seriously? You send me to the competition for a color copy and laminate job? I have been using this store for years without hassle UNTIL they moved to a different location (in the same shopping center) and now it’s a disgrace. Place is a wreck with incompetent workers that only know how to scan Amazon returns. It really is a shame.

I have issues every time I have used this store. Apparently internet orders are a struggle for them. If your people can’t print a file from the internet, you got issues! My last time to use them, order was submitted around 9:30 that morning with a completion time for 3:30, because it takes 6 hours to print a few pages, and my order wasn’t done until I showed up and asked for it an hour after the promised completed time. Thankfully there is another option close by so I won’t have to use this abysmal UPS store ever again!

Super quick and friendly service. I was unexpectedly surprised by the fast paced line moving right along and to find out it was due to the sales associates working, who, not only were knowledgeable in their field of expertise but also very patient and friendly with people who might not have been as up to date with the changing of such a fast paced, technology centered world. They had extra staff to call and lend a hand if a customer needed any explanation or extra assistance, which proved to be the ultimate game changer.

Service sucks and they charge $2 to print a shipping label, just take the drive over to the ups store in Chelsea. It’s a completely different experience.

I've been using this location to ship packages, print birthday invitations for my son, etc., for almost 10 years now and I don't have anything but nice things to say about the owner and his employees!

I came in with three pre-packaged and pre-labeled shipments on Friday 3/31 at 4:05 P.M. All 3 were the same size and weight, in manila envelopes.I waited in line for 15+ minutes to drop off. I’ve never had any issues with UPS and there was a long line behind me. I handed all 3 packages to the associate and said I didn’t need a receipt. She had a difficult customer in front of me and a line growing behind me.A couple of days later, I check tracking and see 2/3 were scanned and delivered. The third wasn’t scanned at all. Couldn’t even file an insurance claim because according to UPS, they never got it.So I’m with 3, out with 0 but you only get 2. UPS store says there is nothing they can do.They should want to check their cameras and see if anything internal is going on but oh well.I won’t be too rushed to ask for a receipt next time.

Two words. STAY AWAY. I had two pairs of eye glasses that were special order and I would not be in town when they arrived. My fiance' came to this store to ship them to me. Owner was rude and never offered insurance above the ' typical ' $100. The package was never delivered. We filed a claim for the $667.07 that I paid for the glasses. They were rude and the owner kept urging the counter clerk to have us go online and file. We called every couple of weeks to no avail. After 6 weeks we called again and was told the claim was approved, but only for the $100. When I attempted to complain further and asked for information on who else might help me, I was hung up on. Oh, by the way, don't say under this review that " issue resolved " because just like everything else he said, that would be a lie.

I dropped a package off at this location. It's either lost, or stolen here because there were never any UPS scans after that. I was told since they did not process the label; there's nothing they can do. Ok, so you can't keep anything secure? That's not going to work. I see from other reviews this is still an issue after 4 years. You lost me money. Not going to happen anymore.
