The guy who answered the phone on 3/1/24 was very rude and also hung up in my face... And the delivery driver left a note stating that they attempted to deliver but didn't knock on my door at all because I was in the living room waiting for package all morning

tried to stop by after work. store was closed early, doors locked with employees staring at me through the glass. zero services rendered during open hours.

This store doesn't open on time and closes early. I made two trips today and the second time was well before closing time and I could see the employee just standing in there closed early. There was a crowd of people outside the store with packages that could't ship their packages. Pretty frustrating.

They told me and 2 other patrons that they closed at 3:00pm and turned us away.It was 2:48pm.

I would never use UPS to ship internationally, especially this location. After spending hundreds of dollars to deliver an article of clothing to the UK they refused to deliver until I paid hundreds more dollars in duties and fees. The workers in the store did not know how to even pay the fees to get the package successfully delivered. After a month of phone calls with customer service my package has yet to make it to its destination.

Alexis was extremely helpful and thorough in notarizing my consular documents. She answered my many questions, found the required documentation, and triple checked to make sure that everything was correct!

This UPS store is not convenient to reach via car. The lines are usually long. There is metered street parking out front on busy 20th St. The parking lot behind the store is now a paid lot run by Premium Parking with confusing instructions and a minimum $8.25 for one hour fee. If you park here, disregard the Premium Parking instructions to pay before going in the store. UPS will pay for you, if you can find the employee that is authorized to do so before your car gets towed. I will not return to this location.

Needed a report spiral bound. Three people working there and was told “the girl who knows how to do that comes in tomorrow.” This is a very simple task..we do it ourselves at my office, I just didn’t have time to run over there prior to a presentation. Get these folks some training!

Says open on Sunday and it is in fact not open on Sundays. Extremely unhelpful to people who work all week.

Terrible service. If you are able to please visit another UPS. Short staffed and the staff that is here is very rude. Stood in line for about 10 minutes and watched the cashier walk past and blatantly ignore me while taking care of guest that came in after. I only had a question about notary service and by the time I was acknowledged I was told that despite having the service listed they do not do it and could not find out what location does. This is my second bad experience at this location. I'm not exactly a fan of USPS but they are right up the street and definitely less hassle. Also on door are not the hours that they keep. Misleading. Awful.

Not open on Sundays. Thought the first time I went was a fluke but a few month later now they still aren't open on Sundays. Need to update their hours.

I never write reviews but this location is absolutely horrible. I walked in and three of the workers were chilling on the window on their phones and the forth was sleeping and snoring so loud it was alarming. I had two pictures I needed printed (something that I've had done in less than 2 minutes previously) but this time I waited 20 minutes while the man helping me went to his laptop and proceeded to play on his cellphone. Then when they came out of the printer they were the wrong direction and he then tells me after waiting that whole time that the color printer is actually out of order today......

The UPS Store team has been a pleasure to work with for a very long time. They pay close attention to detail and are exceptionally perceptive. When you consider the nature of this industry, a little patience is needed. Outstanding team and service!
