So three occasions I went to this store when purchasing something from Amazon. The first one it was the size of the box i had before and of course it doesn’t tell you anything on Amazon about ups and requirements like that. Well at this location they act as if you suppose to know that. The second time popped open box barley touched anything took it to this ups it’s was something With that until another rep just said i can put the tape on the box cause it was simple (mind you i had said the same thing) And this third time i go Now i have to pay a shipping label( THIS IS OVER THE COURSE OF TIME) I never had to pay anything. I ONLY GO HERE AS FAR AS MY TIME. I USUALLY GO TO WHOLE FOODS OR THE USUAL UPS STORE ON THE 5 PTS SOUTH NO PROBLEMS JUST DROP OFF NO PURCHASE NOTHING LIKE I BEEN DOING FOR YEARS! BOTTOM LINE DONT GO HERE IF IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH AMAZON! IT BE A WASTE OF TIME..
TO REPLY: NO! I BEEN WITH AMAZON FOR YEARS I KNOW HOW TO RETURN A PACKARD AND WHEN I NEED ONE THIS IS ALWAYS A PROBLEM AT THE SPECIFIC LOCATION I DONT COME TO THIS ONE THAT OFTEN VERY SELDOM BUT WHEN I DO IT IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE I KNOW HOW TO READ AND FOLLOW DIRECTIONS. IT IS NO PROBLEM WITH AMAZON

The process is easy and fast. I worked with Bri and she was amazing. She helped me with all my needs and she was very helpful. I love her personality. The process was painless. I was next door at my eye doctor so I was worried about being able to see and finishing in to get back to my appointment. I would definitely recommend this store.

I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve entered this UPS Store location. All of the staff are friendly, helpful, patient, and efficient. It’s the only location I use!
