I’m the typical 49 year old former gym rat. Lifted heavy weights and got big all throughout my youth. Then I hit 40 and everything , especially my back , began to hurt. Susan has done wonders for me and shown me the proper way to train and to extend my ability to enjoy life and avoid pain.
