This is a shout out to Greg and the gang at 4750 US 280 Birmingham Al. He came to my rescue yesterday when the guy at Hoover/Crossroad screws up my car and saved me from spending more money. I appreciate the time and patience not to mention how expediently they were in solving my problem. I will be a returning customer. Again thank you Greg you’re a great guy.

Update…. I scheduled an alignment and after 3 hours of waiting I was told I would have to reschedule bc they didn’t have the parts for car. I scheduled this appointment weeks prior when they had my car for hours and told me to schedule to have my car serviced, which I did and today NOTHING was done. I tried contacting their DM left a message and still no response.
I loved their service before whatever change happened.

Booked a 4pm appointment on a Sunday for 2 back tires. Chose the tires quickly and was told that by 5 (which is when they close) we should be done. At 5:40 I go to check and they had not even started. She told be that the two tire techs left knowing there were tires to be put on leaving it up to the guys that does the brakes. Just not a good way to show respect with your customers time.
