Great customer service, fast, friendly, respectful. Service was complete within an excellent timeframe. Had previously went to another brake service location down the street and felt unheard and uncared for.

I previously went to another Mavis (different location) and had issues a year later with my tires not holding up. I ended up going to Mavis on Greensprings and was treated so well, they took care of my tire replacement with zero issues. As a woman, finding a location that is honest and helpful is hard to find.

Will is literally the best.Ever time I’m in need of a quick fix or even something as simple as a little air in my tire Will never disappoints and always get the job down quick and fast but you can also tell hers very professional and cares a lot about his job.Will deserves a raise!!!
