“I have been to the trussville location twice in past few months and had great service both times. The first time my mother ,who is 80, had a flat so I was little worried an auto shop may take advantage of her and sell her something she did not need but the attendants were amazing and treated her as if she were there own mom
So when I got a flat today I came directly here and once again they were super kind and helpful. Treated me and my minor flat same as the customer buying 4 new tires.

I came in to get 2 tires replaced as they were showing concerning visible wear and tear. I also had them inspect my other two tires as I had been told by Mavis earlier this morning that they were dangerous to drive on and also needed to be replaced.
Despite having the opportunity to upsell me on tires I didn't need, Mike, conducted a thorough inspection of my tires and informed me that the damage was purely cosmetic and that my tires were perfectly safe to drive on. As for the other two, he said that while they were old, that the tread was "like new" and and the tires were also safe.
What truly set this experience apart was Mike's approach; he offered advice as if it were for his own vehicle, focusing solely on what was necessary and best for me. His honesty is commendable.
I am immensely grateful for the respectful and courteous service I received and when my tires do eventually need replacing, I will be returning to Southern Rubber Tire.
They also kindly checked my sister's tires, who had followed me to give me a ride, and while they are close to being in need of replacing, they told her that she probably had 5-10K miles left and that it wasn't urgent.

“I simply can’t say enough good things about this place. I stopped by on a Friday and spoke with Paul: super nice guy. They didn’t have the size I needed, but he highly recommended the Maxxis Razr A/T and said he could have them for me on Wednesday. Unfortunately, the tires didn’t show on Wednesday. The tires never made it on the truck from Nashville and it was going to be another week before they would get here. Frustrating, but stuff happens, so no big deal. Later that day, I received a call from the owner, Steve, apologizing for the delay and said he would return my deposit if I decided not to wait. Later that night, I got a text from Steve saying that he was able to find the tires cheaper from another location and that they would be here on Friday. I don’t know too many companies where the owner would get that involved and make things happen. The tires arrived on Friday as promised. Paul and Old Man Steve had them installed in no time and took the time to explain to me which tires needed more weight, why they needed more weight and where best to put them on my truck. Paul was also spot-on with his tire recommendation. Stop by and see Owner Steve, Old Man Steve, and Paul. They will definitely get you taken care of.”

“I have been going to this place for years. They are honest and will not try to upsell parts and services. A few years ago one of the big chain shop was trying to charge me >$600 for wheel alignment because some part was jammed and they wanted me to replace the part. I took the car to Lee Rogers and they just unfroze the part and did not have to replace the part at all. I have been going here ever since. Mark and Steven are excellent.”
“This auto repair shop is fantastic. The owner, Danny Bedgood, is an automotive guru! I was visiting family in town and had a warning light go off. He squeezed me in and had me all fixed up for our long drive back home. I wish so much that I had access to a place like this where I live! I'm telling all my family members who own Toyotas to definitely take their cars to Danny! Can not recommend highly enough. (One person says that they drive 4 hours to get Danny to work on their car. All I can say is that I get that!)”
“Wanted to give a big shoutout to Windham & Bush. I work on all my own vehicles but I just can't do an alignment or mount and balance as to perfection as the pros can. They fixed an alignment problem with my 1998 Tacoma and had it driving perfect so I was able to drive it on an 8 hour trip to the beach and propose to my girlfriend. They performed the service same day professionally, clean, and without any bull. No upselling. This type of service is hard to find and I will be telling everyone to stop by here”

“I took my car in a few days earlier to have the spark plugs changed because I didn't want any problems on the road to see my new grand baby. As I was preparing to leave on my trip, my car started acting funny. I called Car Care and told me to bring it right in. They worked me in and replaced my battery that had seen better days. I made it to my destination without any problems. A small problem, but greatly appreciated.”

“Haven't bought tires from them yet, but certainly will when I need them. Was getting a signal that the pressure was off in the front tires of my Mercedes 300GLC. Stopped in late in the day after work, and they were incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. Even telling me it would be happening again when the weather got cold and to just stop by, and they'd top them up anytime. That's an old-fashioned kind of service that I've grown unused to. “I travel for work, sometimes I have to get two oil changes in a month. I got an excellent pull off from here last November, about a year ago, and that is still my best looking tire. Needed two in the front this month and for a very reasonable price with excellent and quick service, now I have two very good looking front tires as well. They may not speak the best English, but they are thorough in making sure that they understand what you want. Thorough, friendly, fast, with good products. I’ll be back!!”
